Where do you find your employees?

I don’t have “employees” but have trained some of my family members and they help if I need it but as an independent I just need to have that hands on quality control. I would suggest the IDA forums first, the members there generally are skilled and take pride in the profession. Turn over is going to be an issue and finding those that are experienced. It’s tough to train someone only to lose them in a month or 2.
