Are you a marine detailer? Are lake boats easier than ocean boats or vice versa? Looking for information for a story....

I used to work at a marina in NJ. and by far non ocean boats were easier since there were not any barnacles to scrape! Salt water is tough on the stainless too. Also don't forget to consider bottom painting as an add on!
